Health care is a demanding field, requiring the dedication and vigilance of front-line workers to save lives and keep people healthy. That’s why participating employers are ensuring that health workers have the supports they need.

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) administered by 3sHealth provides a variety of professional support resources and tools to help health-care employees deal with all sorts of challenges. EFAP service provider TELUS Health offers a wide range of immediate and voluntary supports to help eligible plan members and their families face all manner of issues, from everyday challenges to complex problems and everything in between.

These services are always free of charge and completely confidential, paid in advance by your organization to ensure you can get the help you need with total privacy. No one, including your employer, will ever know that you have used these services unless you choose to tell them.

Plan members can access confidential, professional help for any work, health, or life concern 24 hours a day by calling the TELUS Health Care Access Centre toll-free at 1.833.371.2314 anytime, by visiting one.TELUSHealth.com, or by downloading the TELUS Health One app.

Quality Assurance Review

The EFAP provides resources to help plan members resolve complex issues, everyday challenges, and everything in between. If you have concerns about your interaction with TELUS Health, complete the form to begin the review process.

The Quality Assurance Review Process is in place for two reasons:

  1. To ensure that the employee or eligible dependent can access support when, where, and how they want it.
  2. To gather feedback, provide coaching (where necessary), and to ensure that service delivery concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.

Your submission is confidential. All forms are viewed only by the Provincial EAP Coordinator, who will work with TELUS Health to resolve those concerns.
