3sHealth releases its 2021-22 Annual Report

3sHealth has released its 2021-22 annual report.
The report contains updates from the year for each 3sHealth service line. It also includes financial statements, a balanced scorecard tracking how 3sHealth did meeting its priorities and corporate targets, and more updates from year.
Here are some of the annual report’s noteworthy highlights:
“A highlight from the year has been the perseverance displayed by every single member of the AIMS team to work towards implementing this significant project. Their efforts will help create an integrated business information system for finance, human resources, and supply chain management for the Saskatchewan health system. AIMS will modernize Saskatchewan health-care business operations, significantly benefitting patients, families, and health-care employees.”
- 3sHealth is proud to report that shared services initiatives with health-care system partners positively impacted an additional 120,728 lives this year, surpassing 3sHealth’s 2021-22 target of 85,000 lives positively impacted. The progress towards the 2025 target of positively impacting 1.2 million lives stands at 1.15 million lives. See pages 10-11 for a description of the initiatives that contributed to this total.
- The Employee Benefits service line wrapped up a remarkable three-year project called “Path to Health.” The project’s vision was “to provide collaborative support with beneficiaries on their path to health.” Read about all of the improvements for plan members on page 6.
- Truth and Reconciliation is a strategic priority at 3sHealth. Led by 3sHealth employees, the Truth and Reconciliation team has worked through the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action to create a response plan for 3sHealth. Read more in the “Our people” section on page 9.
- 3sHealth, together with its health system partners, continued to make progress on the Administrative Information Management System (AIMS). Read more about AIMS on page 14.
