3sHealth 2024-25 Annual Report now available

3sHealth’s 2024-25 annual report has arrived, outlining a year’s worth of improvements to both Saskatchewan’s health-care system and the organization itself.

As part of its legislative obligations, 3sHealth produces an annual report each summer to relay to readers the accomplishments, changes, and financial performance of the past year. This includes information on each provincial service line, the results of the “balanced scorecard,” which tracks the performance made towards the organization’s corporate targets and priorities, and detailed financial statements for the fiscal year.

At the heart of the report is 3sHealth’s core commitment to create and execute on strong partnerships with Saskatchewan’s other health-care organizations as we work to solve complex problems and help improve the health-care system and the lives of Saskatchewan patients, clients (such as patient family members and long-term care residents), and health-care providers. In 2024-25, this included improvements to the employee benefit plans that support health-sector workers and the mental health supports provided through the Employee and Family Assistance Program, as well as technical solutions that improve how patients access care reports created by physicians.

The report also includes an update on the progress of the Administrative Information Management System (AIMS), a business information management system that is replacing more than 80 outdated finance, human resources, payroll, scheduling, and supply chain management systems.

You can learn about all this and more in the 2024-25 3sHealth Annual Report, available below.
