3sHealth has once again been selected as one of Saskatchewan’s top employers.

Each year, a panel of judges evaluates the province’s employers to determine those that excel above the rest. This is the eighth year in a row that 3sHealth has received a Saskatchewan’s Top Employers award.

“Our mandate is to partner with other health-care organizations to find innovative solutions to complex problems,” noted 3sHealth CEO Mark Anderson. “We work very hard to provide a workplace and corporate culture that enables us to attract the dedicated, creative, and courageous employees that make that important work possible. An employer can only be as good as the people who give their time and energy to it, and I thank our workers for all they do for Saskatchewan’s health-care system.”

Employers of any size can apply for the Saskatchewan’s Top Employers award, provided their head office or principal place of business is in Saskatchewan. Employers are evaluated on categories like community involvement, performance management, benefits, work atmosphere, and more.

3sHealth has also now been added to The Career Directory for Recent Graduates as a Top Employer for 2024. The directory is a tool for Canada’s recent university or college graduates, helping guide them to apply for jobs that make the most of their education. Not all Top Employers award winners are included in the directory; employers are evaluated and listed based criteria like training opportunities, vacation and benefits, wages, and types of positions available.
