We are looking for a dynamic leader to join 3sHealth’s Senior Leadership Team as the Vice-president of Innovation, People, and Culture. Reporting directly to the CEO of 3sHealth, this position plays a key role in shaping our organizational culture, supporting our people, driving strategic planning, and ensuring operational excellence with our Provincial Dictation and Transcription Services service line and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

The Vice-president of Innovation, People, and Culture will drive success by:

  • Providing strategic oversight and leadership for Provincial Dictation and Transcription Services, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Provincial Dictation and Transcription Services: overseeing the service line to facilitate the critical, accurate, and timely exchange of patient care information between health-care providers and supporting high-quality patient care.
    • Continuous Improvement: driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, championing and leading 3sHealth’s strategic planning process and advancing the Patient and Family-Centered Care Program.
    • Human Resources: overseeing Human Resources services as champion of the 3sHealth People and Culture Plan, as well as advancing 3sHealth’s commitments to diversity, inclusion, and belonging and truth and reconciliation.
  • Working with health-sector partners by actively participating in provincial and internal committees, working groups, and forums, such as: the Health Human Resources Network; VPs of Quality, Safety, and Lean; the Accountability Working Group; Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees Pension Plan Employer Partner Committee; and the Partnership Oversight Committee.

Experience

Actively driving the success of the organization as a member of the senior leadership team and participating in Board meetings, the Vice-president of Innovation, People, and Culture will bring:

  • Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
  • Formal leadership certification or training and 8+ years in a leadership position, managing cross-functional teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment;
  • Professional designations, such as CPHR, is an asset;
  • Certification as a LEAN Leader or willingness to be certified; and
  • Pension/benefits and trustee experience would be an asset.
