Job Summary
3sHealth is currently seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to support the Board of Directors and key executive functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth governance operations through senior-level administrative support and coordination.
As the Executive Coordinator to the Board of Directors, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Board, Governing Council, and other key committees. You will manage board meetings and documentation, coordinate logistics, and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from the Board. This role also provides back-up support to the CEO and collaborates closely with the Executive Coordinator to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting packages, and minutes.
- Liaise with the Board Chair and senior leadership to gather and distribute meeting materials.
- Manage follow-up items and handle logistics such as travel, accommodations, and expense tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the Governing Council and other key committees.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new Board members.
- Draft, edit, and format documents such as reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
- Support the CEO’s office and collaborate with the Executive Coordinator (CEO) as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
Required Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in Office Administration.
Experience
- Minimum of three to five years of experience providing senior executive-level administrative support.
- Previous experience supporting governance bodies or boards is considered an asset.
