Did you know Workplace Strategies for Mental Health provides materials anyone can use to run workshops? You can use these resources to help make your team part of the conversation and initiatives to improve psychological safety at work.
The “Assessments, tools, and workshops” section contains free materials, tools, and resources on a range of topics such as return to work and accommodation, team development, and workload management.
Let’s explore the resources available for the “Engagement and culture” topic. If you’re looking to find out what engages your team at work, these resources will help cultivate a psychologically healthy and safe workplace.
